If you require us to purchase any hardware or software on your behalf then we would ask you to meet any costs that are above £25 prior to purchase.
For example: A printer costing £80 - we would ask for a deposit of £55 from you before we purchase the product on your behalf. "Why?" you ask. We don't keep any type of stock because we are not a retail outlet, we provide support only. It also protects us from being 'out of pocket' if a customer changes their mind after we have made any purchases on their behalf. We apologise if this inconveniences you.
