Rates and callout charges

Callout charges to clients within Birstall will include up to ½ hour for any support or repair, all other clients outside of Birstall will include up to an hour.  Clients in the surrounding areas will be charged an additional, but small, mileage rate.

Any support or repair that requires 2 or more hours and your computer to be repaired away from your home, then the callout charge will be waivered.

The above rates are current as of July 2007 and contain no hidden charges.
